#242: Notorious / Look Back in Anger / Top 5 Most Anticipated 2009 Movies
"When we say Film, you say Spotting!" This week Matty "Big Fiddy" Ballgame and Adam "White Shadow" Kempenaar pile forty of their closest friends and groupies into the studio and lay down some hot, fresh cinematic critiques. They'll rock the mike with a review of "Notorious," the new biopic depicting the rise and fall of rapper Christopher "Notorious B.I.G." Wallace starring Angela Bassett, Derek Luke and newcomer Jamal Woolard in the lead role. Then the lads kick it old school and struggle to be heard over the ranting and ravings of one Richard Burton in their discussion of "Look Back in Anger," the first entry in Filmspotting's Angry Young Men Marathon. For an encore, the pusillanimous duo lay out their Most Anticipated Movies of 2009. Word.
Also on the show: Listener Feedback, Massacre Theatre and music by Sunny Levine.
